To exchange your order, please include the original invoice with your contact information, along with your desired selection. All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.

If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel. If you do not contact us within that time, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.
