Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:  All my Art pieces are custom handcrafted, so each piece takes time and there is always a list of clients to go through.  So please allow 2-4 weeks for you purchase to be made and shipped out to you.  I do have some of my copper artwork  for sale on this website . When  ordered the  artwork  will be  shipped within three  business days . When I ship your order, I will receive your tracking number from the postal or shipping company. I will then email you on your tracking number to you.  Copper art  will be delivered to your nominated address. Signatures for  the copper art  will be required by   the recipient .

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for  Australian orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided to  Celtic copper craft  is incomplete or incorrect.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance.  Celtic Copper Craft  is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Returns:

  • You must contact Celtic Copper Craft within  three days of delivery.
  • You must return the item back within  five days of delivery.
  • If artwork is damaged please provide photos.
  • Change of mind is not accepted as reason for a return .
  • Personalised orders-e.g. Names , Initials, customised design styles cannot be returned.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

  • I don’t accept exchanges

  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:

  • Buyers are responsible for costs of returning any items.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition to receive any payment.
  • We charge a 20 % restocking fee on all returned items
