Shipping Policy
- The creative process from start to finish takes 3-5 business days, but may increase during peak season.
- Our finished items are shipped out within 1 week to ensure timely arrival.
- Due to Covid-19 Canada Post/USPS is experiencing delivery delays, but that can change at any time. We do our best to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.
- We offer a tracked shipping services to ensure that you are able to keep track of your item and when they are expected to arrive.
- Each country has their own VAT/Tax/Tariff. We are not responsible for the countries tax. We cannot accept returns if you choose not to pay this tax locally. Your local post office or government office will collect this tax.
- Customs and duty fees are the buyers responsibility. We do not cover this if it applies to your order. You must pay the amount.
- All orders are Made in Canada and Shipped from Canada.
Refund Policy
- We do not accept refunds on custom orders.
- We will however accept a refund request if the item can be proven to be damaged upon arrival and within 3 business days of receiving the product.
- Refunds will not be given without proof of damage upon delivery.
- Refunds will not be given if the item is damaged due to lack of proper care. Care instructions will be provided with the items. Follow instructions carefully to ensure a long, vibrant life of the items is sustained.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Cancellations are accepted before the item is shipped out to you, but not after.
- We accept returns at the cost of the buyer. No free returns.
- No exchanges.
- Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on customized items.
