Please allow 7-10 business days after email confirmation for your order to be processed for shipping. We take pride in getting your order to you as promptly as possible, but given the nature of our items, some may require longer customizations than others.
If you need your order for an event or holiday, we will GLADLY do our best to accommodate you! We cannot, however, guarantee transit times once your package has been shipped. Please contact us BEFORE placing a time-sensitive order so that we can discuss your delivery needs. Quetzal Creations LLC assumes no responsibility for packages that were shipped timely, but did not arrive on time due to post office delays.
